Director of Quality, Compliance & Procurement, Ball Ground, Georgia
This strategic Director will oversee multiple operational functions critical to product quality, compliance, and lifecycle management. This role will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that LAT Apparel delivers consistent, compliant, and cost-effective products to customers across the US, Canada, EU, and beyond. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong technical knowledge of apparel production, global compliance requirements, vendor management, and cost optimization.

Associate Product Developer, Ball Ground, Georgia
This position supports our Product Development teams. We seek a passionate individual who is excited to join our mission and help us bring our elevated products to market. The ideal candidate should have a background in the Apparel/Textile Design or related field, have knowledge of product development and quality procedures, as well as basic knowledge of trims, fabrics, color and overall garment construction as it relates to the apparel industry.
VIEW POSITION DETAILS
Cherry Picker Operator, Ball Ground, Georgia
This position operates warehouse equipment to build and send appropriate orders and includes put away and picking from a cherry picker. This position must always be on time and able to work 8 hour shifts on their feet. This position will also help to unload trucks, which is fast paced two hours each morning. This requires strength and stamina to handle 40-pound boxes, one right after the other.
VIEW POSITION DETAILS
Receiving Team Member, Ball Ground, Georgia
This position will work on a team to unload truck deliveries at a fast pace each day. Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, bend and lift (up to 50 pounds) will be required.
